Instrumentation series

BMT continue to develop and enhance SUPERLOK, its primary brand for instrumentation products, building on decades of experience. This series of products includes tube fittings, i-Fittings® (BMT developed & patented), instrumentation valves including manifold valves, and high-pressure valves.

Process series

BMT provides valves ensuring excellent durability, safety and performance, even in the harsh environments of various industries such as oil/gas, the shipbuilding/marine industry, LNG, nuclear power, and petrochemicals. These valves are designed, manufactured and tested based on the industrial standards such as API 6D and ASME B16.34, and according to customers’ special requests. Polyester Staple Fiber

[INQ. NO. 2312M13] Huvis was launched in 2000 by integrating the synthetic fiber business divisions of Samyang Corporation (now Samyang Holdings) and SK Chemicals (now SK Discovery).
Huvis produces annually 700,000 tons of polyester staple fiber and filament yarn; resin; super fiber (meta-aramid, PPS fiber); and industrial materials. Its main products include ‘LMF,’ an eco-friendly bonding fiber for replacing chemical binders; ‘Purever,’a premium material for sanitary materials; ‘Conju,’ a filling fiber for duvets/padding; short-cut fibers; differentiated filament yarns; and high-strength yarns.
Low-Melting Fiber (LMF) is a material made by conjugate spinning of general polyester and modified low melting-point polyester. It is used for bonding as the sheath with low melting point is only melted and bonded by heat treatment.
LMF can reduce carbon-dioxide emissions under its lower heating temperature of 110 degrees Celsius.
It has an excellent ability to maintain its shape after being combined with other materials.

LMF: A key material for automotive interior materials
Low-melting fiber (LMF) is used in a variety of areas, including bedding and furniture, building materials, and filters. In particular, it is a key material for automotive interior materials such as headliners, dashboards, and door trims. Huvis has developed LMF in various colors such as black, red, brown, and beige for enhancing LMF competitiveness. Huvis is manufacturing products that meet its customers’ needs by developing differentiated products with melting points of 110 °C, 130°C, 150°C, 180°C, and 200°C, respectively.

Purever : A bicomponent fiber produced by composite spinning of polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyester. It is softer than regular polyester, so it is used for sanitary materials such as diapers and sanitary napkins. In particular, it is a material safe for the human body as it does not use resin (chemical binder).
Huvis fibers, including Purever, are ‘Oeko-Tex’ Standard 100 certified since 2007.

Coating Equipment

innovative dry-electrode process for a technological transition in 2022, and is speeding up the development through an MOU agreement with GRINERGY, a LTO battery manufacturer.
G.I. Tech’s slot die can be manufactured with a maximum coating width of 2,300mm according to customers’ requirements, and ultra-precision processing is possible with a fl atness of 3-5µm and a straightness of less than 5µm. Slot-die coating has the advantage of being able to secure high-precision coating, patt ern coating, and smooth and consistent coating surfaces. It is possible to set coating thickness from 0.1 to 2,000µm (wet) and coating speed from 0.5 to 200m/min. Furthermore, coating-efficiency can be improved by adding various options such as surface-coating and control valve.

Proposing various roll-to-roll coating methods such as slot die coating or bar coating

G.I. Tech.’s coating system proposes various roll-to-roll coating methods such as slot coating or bar coating, depending on the use, through customer consulting. Through customer TRL (Technology Readiness Level) analysis, G.I. Tech. provides equipment according to business scale from experimental equipment to mass production equipment.
In the case of coating specifications, it is possible to set the coating thickness of 0.1 to 2,000 μm and the coating speed of 0.5 to 200 m/min according to the chemical liquid used by the customer, and customized size design is possible according to the equipment installation space.

Smart Parking & Traffic ControlSystems
