Egg Grading and Packing Machine

[INQ. NO. 2211M33] The egg grading and packing machine, manufactured by EGGTEC Co., Ltd., is a bucket-type sorting device. The transfer sorts each egg and sends it to a main computer in a stop state. Then, it settles eggs on egg trays after going through the primary bucket and secondary bucket (holder) process in order.


It can adjust the sorting positions of eggs freely. Sorted eggs are directly settled on egg trays.

It is a system device that washes, dries, pasteurizes and oil-coats eggs transferred from an egg gathering conveyor to find filthy eggs, abnormal eggs (abnormal egg detector), or cracked eggs (Egg Crack Detector) and sorts them by weight to put them on 30 pack, 18 pack, 15 pack, 12 pack, and 10 pack egg trays.

WiFi Filter

NO. 2211M27] WIDU’s WiFi Filter is short for Wide Fiber Filter, which is “pull/rotation fiber filtering equipment” used to improve the water quality of purification facilities, sewage treatment plants, wastewater plants and re-circulated filteration facilities by utilizing the fiber filter media with activated carbon added inside the strainer.


To get the equipment started, the fiber filter media inside the strainer is pulled up and rotated, to control the pores and subsequent filtration, and then the backwash processes are repeated automatically.


When proceeding with filtration, the fiber filter media is compressed to shrink the size of the pores in a way of filtering out the suspended solids in the raw water. When reaching the set pressure and time, the backwash is started to wash out the suspended solids that are attached to the fiber filter media by using backwash water and air.


The use of the fiber filer media that is embedded with activated carbon is also able to remove simple suspended solids and improve not only turbidity, but also some colors.


Depending on the changes in the filling rate of the filter media and thickness of the fiber, the efficiency of the filtration and backwash can be enhanced.


As the backwash air chamber is placed inside the strainer, it is possible to blow the backwash air out evenly.
When proceeding with the backwashing process, the backwash air from the bottom of the fiber filter media is evenly emitted, resulting in enhancing the efficiency of the backwashing process.


By adding variety to the pores of the filter media through compression and relaxation processes when doing the filtration and backwash, the efficiency of the filtration and backwash is outstanding.


The filtering equipment can be manufactured in both compression and gravity types.


The filtering equipment is excellent in terms of performance and it is simple to do the backwash with only a small amount of backwash water needed. In addition, the filling rate of the fiber filter media can be adjusted and the filter media can be manufactured and replaced with ease.


Thanks to the simple internal structure, the equipment is easy to maintain and is effective in reducing costs as it needs only a minimum area for its installation.

Electric Carbon XC Bicycle (Carlos C1)

Carlos C1 is a light-weight electric bicycle that weighs only 21 kilograms thanks to its carbon frame, but comes with a powerful mid-drive Bafang M600 motor. The light and elastic carbon frame significantly reduced the driving fatigue while minimizing air resistance.


KOENG has automated lithium-ion battery pack manufacturing facilities, and adopted Samsung SDI’s cells to power Carlos C1. KOENG applied its own BMS to make its battery pack more stable.


The 48V, 14Ah lithium-ion battery pack can power the bicycle for a 150 km-ride in one charge, and it is double-locked inside the down tube of the carbon frame. All battery packs are tested for their quality in Korea.


The Carlos C1 comes with 27.5-by-2.15” Hutchinson Tires, a 12-speed S-ride drivetrain from Taiwan, and 48V, 500W Bafang M600 motor. The M600 motor, with its maximum torque of 120N.m, presents an excellent performance.


KOENG is an e-mobility company that manufactures electric bicycles, electric kickboards, electric wheelchairs, and electric motorcycles, and uses high-quality battery packs made from its lithium-ion battery pack manufacturing facility in Korea.
