Negative-pressure System Ambulance

[INQ. NO. 2206M18] This vehicle is a negative-pressure system ambulance, manufactured to safely and quickly transport patients suffering from respiratory diseases.
Negative-pressure system is to prevent cross-contamination.
This vehicle is a multi-purpose ambulance that can transport patients suffering from a wide variety of infectious diseases, as well as general patients.
A testing section can be installed in the ambulance to contain the respiratory infectious disease. This vehicle has a wide cabin area that provides safe and abundant area for medical treatment while stably transporting the patient.


A negative-pressure system for ambulances is installed in this vehicle to prevent the spread of infectious diseases (The pressure can be adjusted in between 0 to 100PA, and to 200PA if necessary.).
The system can be installed in the vehicle selected by the user, and the Renault Master (4×2 van type or 4×4 truck type) is recommended as the basic chassis.
The driver’s room and the patient’s room are separated for containment purposes, and they can communicate with each other real-time through an intercom system. A CCTV camera is installed in the patient’s room, so that the driver can monitor the patient’s room.
An integrated control panel is installed so that the EMT personnel can control all equipment in the patient’s room easily and precisely. The negative-pressure device installed on the roof has an automatic ventilation system and a filter replacement timing notification system.

Die Change Car

CHEON GI INDUSTRIAL’s car is designed and manufactured based on its customers’ requests and the working environment.
The mold change system can be pulled in through the front and back or the left or right of a press and be categorized into a single car (for one mold) and a double car (for two molds).


For instance, assuming that it would take about 5 minutes to replace each and every one of the molds installed in one line of the press (five presses in total), five of the molds can be replaced within 5 minutes if five of CHEON GI INDUSTRIAL’s mold change car are installed in the line.
And, each of the five molds can be replaced separately as well by designing and manufacturing the car accordingly, if needed.

Ultrasonic Flowmeter

Xonic 100LO is a world-first ultrasonic flowmeter using transit-time method for measuring partially filled sewer pipes. The system uses a specially designed 4-path transducer, which allows one to measure both low flow at midnight and high flow during rainy season. The transducer design does not disturb flow and is free from sand or contamination. If the sensor area is filled up with sediment, the smart alarm function will be activated to inform the user to clean the pipe. Therefore, no regular pipe cleaning is required. Xonic 100LO can replace the doppler flowmeter easily.
Xonic-10G is a fully digitalized gas flowmeter that can measure natural gas, biogas, combustion gas and air. It demonstrates higher and accurate velocity measurement range compared to the existing ones. Direct flow maintains 1.0% of accuracy in very low flow velocity of 0.05m/s. There are no moving parts, and therefore no degradation of performance, with easy installation.

All the materials have their own characteristics to apply on completed goods.
POS-SJ is specifically designed for steel pallet making through an MOU between Samjng and POSCO, and these can be more strongly resistant to sea water corrosion.
Cutting processes expose high temperature to the cutting section. This causes stress on the edge, which makes the edges harder. However, the center of the plate remains undisturbed.
Eventually, hardness throughout one pallet becomes unbalanced. To solve this problem, Samjung gives equal pressure to the entire pallet to relieve the stress on the steel pallet.
