Egg Grading & Packing Machine

 The egg grading and packing machine, manufactured by EGGTEC Co., Ltd., is a bucket-type sorting device. The transfer sorts each egg and sends it to a main computer in a stop state. Then, it settles eggs on egg trays after going through the primary bucket and secondary bucket (holder) process in order.
It can adjust the sorting positions of eggs freely. Sorted eggs are directly settled on egg trays.
It is a system device that washes, dries, pasteurizes and oil-coats eggs transferred from an egg gathering conveyor to find filthy eggs, abnormal eggs (abnormal egg detector), or cracked eggs (Egg Crack Detector) and sorts them by weight to put them on 30 pack, 18 pack, 15 pack, 12 pack, and 10 pack egg trays.

It is a large-capacity premium, fixed type. In each different system, two machines can be used at the same time. It can also be used individually.
This company’s egg grading and packing machine has distinct advantages such as convenient operation, a module system excellent in extension adaptability, easy self-maintenance, easy purchase of maintenance parts, and a plantation-scale fixed layout.
This product can handle 30,000 to 70,000 eggs per hour. A transfer line is composed of Line 1 (transferring 30,000 to 35,000 eggs per hour) and Line 2 (transferring 50,000 to 70,000 eggs per hour).
Having developed automatic egg grading and packing machines (α2000) for the first time in Korea, EGGTEC is fully equipped with automatic egg grader systems by combining egg washer and dryer, oil coater, ultraviolet sterilizer, and egg tester. Since then, the company has launched additional products such as B25K, B30K, B35K, and B70K, which are proving to be highly popular in the international market.
RE-PACKER 30-150 is designed to transfer fertilizer eggs packed in 30-cell trays to 150-egg setter trays for hatcheries.
All processes are automatically processed by simply inserting five or six 30-cell egg trays and stacking them in the 150-cell empty tray automatic feeder.

“We are able not only to supply the egg graders, which have previously been expensive, at low cost, but also to provide the convenience of an IT-oriented poultry industry, and of poultry farm management — in terms of convenience, low emergency occurrence, added operation data saving, printing, and communication functions,” explained, the company’s president.
