The DL700G5 unveiled at this exhibition is a two-platen structure energy-saving hybrid injection-molding machine that has adopted European technology. It has dramatically improved its ability to respond to large molds ― by dealing with the nation’s largest mold installation area (1110mm x 1010mm) and maximum mold weight (11 tons).

It is easy to install even in workplaces with limited floor heights by applying the tie-bar removal option. It is drawing attention as a high-performance machine that features both stability and precision by applying a hydraulic system jointly developed with Austrian hydraulic specialist Dorninger.
The TL300A5-2K-W is a turntable-type foam-molding machine. Its tie-bar-less structure guarantees freedom in mold and core-pool size selection, and its advantage is its flexible connection with multi-cavity and automated equipment. Furthermore, it is optimized for the clean foam process in particular, and can thus be applied to various industries as a smart molding machine solution that simultaneously realizes space savings and productivity enhancement.
