Multi-array LED lamp system

Therefore, development of matrix-type headlamp technology that can realize a multi-function based on a camera that can monitor road conditions has been selected as an alternative. Under such circumstances, SL Lighting has released a combined lamp system realizing a multi-function with a matrix beam pattern, multi-array LED controlling technology to realize a matrix beam pattern, a radiating system to secure optical performance of a multi-array LED and an LEDcontrolling algorithm according to road and climatic conditions.
Looking at detailed research and development contents, first, the combined lamp system [high beam, ADB (Adaptive Driving Beam), AFS (Adaptive Front System), SPOT Light] that can realize a multi-function with matrix beam pattern composition has been developed.
The space between-chips flexible structure satisfying individual LED current controlling performance and functional light distribution performance has been secured, regarding multi-array LED controlling technology that matrix beam pattern composition is available. Also, the radiation system to secure optical performance of a multi array LED has been satisfied. Regarding development of LDM which can control an individual current of a multi array LED chip, it satisfies functional current control evaluation item performance 100%.
Communications credibility evaluation for ECU and LDM developed related with a matrix beam pattern controller (ECU) according to driving conditions has been satisfied. Finally, optimization of an ADB controlling algorithm has been preceded through an actual vehicle driving test. Optimization has been completed by doing a simulation and P/G by a driving scenario and actual road based actual vehicle evaluation.
