Automated Storage and Retrieval System

https://korean-machinery.com///inquiry[INQ. NO. 1911M20] Mecha Industry’s advanced SUPER ON is a brand of AS/RS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System).
To get the right parts, material, pallets, fixtures, tools to the right place at the right time, an efficient system is required to store and retrieve them.
Mecha Industry launched SUPER ON in 2017 but produced AS/RS for own use in 2000, which initially focused on heavy pallet loads for metal sheets storage.
SUPER ON is operated and handled under computerized control. To store and retrieve items, the pallet is placed at In/Out station and ID (if necessary) attached on the item is read and entered into a computer. With a monitor stand, the inventory information includes ID information of items that can be modified and saved.
AS/RS system moves a pallet to the storage area, determines a suitable location for the item, and stores the items with the pallet. As the items are stored and retrieved from the racks (single to more than fifteen), the computer updates its inventory accordingly.
The benefits of an AS/RS system include reduced labor for transporting items into and out of inventory, reduced inventory levels, more accurate tracking of inventory, and space savings. Items are often stored more densely than in systems where items are stored and retrieved manually.
As Mecha Industry is a family-owned company producing sheet metal fabricated covers and parts made of aluminum, steel and stainless steel, and as all workers belong to one family, the company’s fellowship is based on a strong solidarity and long experience.
This leads the company to produce and supply good quality products to domestic and overseas customers.
