Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor Paper (VCI Paper)

[INQ. NO. 2109M05] When rust inhibitor particles are being sublimed, every corner of the metal surface is ionized. Through the process, a monomolecular film against rust is formed. The film blocks oxygen in a chemical way, preventing the metal from being corroded or becoming ferric hydroxide.
By impregnating paper with such rust-preventing chemicals, it is able to play dual roles as a packing paper and as a rust inhibitor.
VCI paper is specially produced packing paper that fulfills both roles. The rust-preventing paper is basically a packing paper for anyone to use with ease and has an outstanding anti-rust effect as it absorbs moisture. In addition, Saeiltack Co., Ltd.’s anti-corrosion paper is made of very safe chemicals that are harmless to the human body.
As a company that obtained the first patent (No. 5732) on VCI paper in Korea, it has been supplying its products to Hyundai Motors, LG Electronics, Samsung Electronics, etc., since 1975. And the manufacturer is also supplying the Korean military and public procurement service.
