Sanho Machinery’s vertical cartoner SCR 100 is an automatic packaging machine used in the pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and health supplement industries to pack products into cartons.
The entire process — from loading up to 500 cartons at a time, to automatic carton opening, product insertion, and final sealing using either hot-melt or tuck-in methods — is fully automated, thus minimizing the need for manual intervention and ensuring stable productivity.

In addition, Sanho Machinery supplies sticker labelers such as high-speed labelers of high precision for pharmaceutical industries and semi-auto labelers for foodstuffs, including real-time printing and validation & screening systems (track and trace) with inkjet printing for boxes of pharmaceutical companies. The CO2 super-high-speed laser marker we have developed is one of the world’s leading products capable of marking in lengths of 170 meters per minute.
