JungSang E&T acquired its first CE certification related to Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) in Korea since the act on obligatory ERV installation in 2006. As we spend most of our time indoors, it is very important to have good indoor air quality with the ERV system.
The stale air flows through a duct and transfers its heat to the plates above and below.
Unused fresh air streams in through separate ducts on the other side of the plates. It takes up the heat and is available as warm air supply.
Saving energy by using energy recovery is not only cost-effective and environmentally friendly, but also healthy fresh air is provided constantly without having to keep opening windows. Stale air with humidity, toxins and odors is extracted from the kitchen, bathroom and toilets via design valves to the heat exchanger in the ventilation unit.

JungSang E&T’s air-to-air heat exchangers, made of corrosion resistant aluminum, are installed within the air-handling units and ventilators to recover heat energy.
Its airtight structure prevents cross-contamination of air, making it ideal for providing clean and safe HVAC in buildings such as medical facilities, laboratories, clean rooms and swimming pools.

All models are made in Korea. The plate heat exchanger consists of an exchanger housing and recovery cube that is made of aluminum foil fins for heat transfer, corner sections, a bottom and a cover made of galvanized painted or stainless steel.
In addition, JungSang E&T carries various product sizes for low-profile ducts, and is praised for its high quality. They maximize fan performance, and are available in three sizes to suit a large quantity of air with low resistance at a low noise level.

This product can be attached and detached at a certain point of the shell of a ship with the help of the built-in strong magnetism.

Remotely Controllable ship embarkment / disembarkment ladder fixing equipment[RPLF-900]

With the wireless remote-controller, any operator can easily carry out the attachment and detachment of certain fixed equipment with an up to 20M remote control.
That product, with a weight of 7.5kg and a specification of 222(L)×102(W)×228(H)mm, can be fitted to a ladder step of a ship. With it affixed with strong magnetism, this product cannot be detached even with a rolling angle of 15° to the left and right.

Available in a stable human weight of 272kg and in a maximum cargo weight of 816kg, the operator can use it more safely than other similar products. With the magnetic field measured at a level of 0 gauss in a distance of 500mm in all directions, this product has no harmful effect on electronics and telecommunication equipment such as radar, gyro, etc.

Convergence Disinfection Ceiling Lighting System (S-LIGHT)

It can be used as a normal LED light in occupied spaces and as a disinfection system in unoccupied spaces to disinfect a wide space safely and quickly by irradiating UV-C LEDs.
High-powered 275nm UV-C LED modules made by OSRAM are applied so that S-LIGHT disinfects 99.9% of pathogens such as virus, bacteria, fungus, MRSA, etc. in air and surfaces within a distance of 2.5m from the UV-C LED.
To minimize exposure of human beings and animals to the UV-C of the S-LIGHT, Conis applied 6 safety devices. Application of PIR and microwave sensors detecting movement and infrared energy from people and animals is for automatic UV-C on/off controls.
With a timer function in the microprocessor, you can set the time for disinfection. S-LIGHT is designed not possible to operate general LEDs and UV-C LEDs at the same time. And it can be automatically or forcibly switched off when UV-C irradiation is in error.

Convergence Disinfection Ceiling Lighting System (S-LIGHT)

When UV-C LED is under operation, it can be visually identified from a distance by applying blue light to the UV-C LED and indicating the operation status on a system indicator & mobile app. This system is designed to be controlled by a mobile and integrated control system. These six functions are satisfying the UL standard as well.

It is easy to install and replace S-LIGHT from existing general lighting fixtures without changing the design or additional work. It also provides a longer lifespan of lighting and energy-saving benefits by using LEDs.
