Photocatalyst Organic Coating

[INQ. NO. 2102M17] This product is a photocatalyst organic coating for outside purposes, which contains acrylic emulsion applied with silicon-modified monomer, and low-cost, high-performance photocatalyst (GST).
The product is considered a very economical coating suitable for large-scale construction thanks to its prominent features such as hiding power, weather-resistance, water-resistance, and alkali-resistance, and painting workability.
As it contains photocatalyst, it has superior ability in the reduction of the antecedent of fine dust and in the exercising of anti-fouling. In particular, this ensures more than 5 percent of the NOx-reduction efficiency – an estimated evaluation similar to ISO 22197-1.

Using Low-cost, High-performance Photocatalyst
[INQ. NO. 2102M15] It is presently active that the research on the reduction of fine dusts through the application of photocatalyst in the construction and civil engineering areas.
However, in the case of applying photocatalyst to an external material indoors, a UV search is absolutely necessary and the extra costs are incurred in the use of UV lamps, consequently resulting in the failure of its commercialization.
In contrast, if the reused low-cost, high-performance photocatalyst release agent manufactured in waste water sludge is applied in a concrete release agent, it is possible to expect considerable removal effect of the fine dusts in the roadsides of city areas, considering the fact that the surface of road structures and the exposed concrete are exposed to ambient air.

[INQ. NO. 2020M08] Metallic alloy for hydrogen storage and hydrogen storage cylinder are the devices that supply hydrogen to fuel cells, and are the flagship products of Wonil T&I Co., Ltd.
For hydrogen to be stored in a solid form, the major raw material of metallic alloy must be made to a shape and size that can be inserted into the hydrogen storage cylinder (the hydrogen storage container), and the hydrogen gas must be compressed and injected into the metallic alloy in the cylinder.

When the temperature of such injected hydrogen gas inside the cylinder is compressed or lowered in temperature, the hydrogen sticks to the metallic alloy for hydrogen storage and becomes the state of hydrogen storage in the cylinder.
When using such stored hydrogen, one can easily get the hydrogen gas out of the cylinder by raising the temperature of the cylinder or lowering the internal pressure of the cylinder.
The Jangbogo-class submarine is powered by the electricity generated by the fuel cell and the hydrogen stored in the cylinder as explained above.
A submarine must be heavy enough to be able to navigate underwater, and must be built, taking into account the explosion at the moment it is attacked with a torpedo.
The hydrogen storage cylinder has all the elements that can satisfy this necessary characteristic of a submarine.

The first element is stability.
When hydrogen stored in a cylinder is penetrated into metallic alloy by a certain degree of pressure, the pressure inside the cylinder is naturally reduced to less than 10 bar, thus enabling stable storage of hydrogen.

The second element is the weight of metallic alloy for hydrogen storage.
Submarines that need to be submerged must have more than a certain weight, and the weights of the metallic alloy for hydrogen storage and the cylinders, as solid metallic objects themselves, thus helping the submarines to submerge.

Special Electrolysis for Hydrogen Refueling Stations

[INQ. NO. 2020M06] EM SOLUTION Co., Ltd. started its business in 1987 under the name of Dongwoo Precision, and later changed its name to EM Korea. It was listed on KOSDAQ in 2007 and switched itself into EM SOLUTION by specializing in the environment and hydrogen business.
Since 2004, the company has developed alkaline electrolysis and built a hydrogen refueling station using electrolysis in Daegu (2012~2015) and Ulsan(2019). Korean government planned to build 310 hydrogen filling stations by 2022, according to the its hydrogen economy road map, and announced its intention to produce hydrogen by electrolysis.

The company developed and delivered a large-scale electrolysis in 2018 and plans to complete the development of a special electrolysis for hydrogen refueling stations in accordance with the government’s plans for 2022.
Currently, 12 hydrogen refueling stations have been built. Four are under construction and market share remains high.
In the environmental field, the company purchased land to build a large environmental plant near Seoul and planned to complete the first low-temperature evaporative food waste disposal plant in Korea in 2019. Hydrogen Refueling Stations
As of the end of 2018, this company has the largest number of accomplishments in the hydrogen field in Korea.

In 2019, EM SOLUTION built and demonstrated a plant capable of processing 100 tons, and now it plans to reach more than 250 processing plants nationwide. In the future, it plans to enter the animal waste and sewage sludge market.
