Vibrating Roller[INQ. NO. 1712M07] COPAZ Machinery’s vibrating roller CVR- series consists of small-size double drum walk-behind vibrating rollers. They are applied to compacting and maintaining various roads, expressway shoulders, sidewalks, parking areas, and sports ground lawns. They are especially suited for compaction of narrow areas, such as pipeline channel and drainage trenches, etc. Mechanical all-drum travel drives with greater grade-ability.
The CVR-series is a double drum soil & asphalt compactor with small machine features and reliable performance. This machine has been designed to be highly versatile with minimum maintenance, fitting a wider range of utility-sized applications confronting contractors. The CVR-series is very strong for compacting and features good durability. Its excellent maneuverability makes it the right choice for confined areas. The vibrating road roller is mainly comprised of the engine part, hydraulic device part, frame part, and vibration part. This type of vibrating roller is the “Pedestrian Double Drum Vibrating Roller.” The engine is installed in the upper frame. Between the engine and the upper frame is installed a shock absorber to block vibration from the pendulum of the vibrating roller. This makes it well adjustable to work requirements, and is economical and reliable. The high-pressure axial piston pump and motor in the hydraulic vibrating system gives it strong resistance to pollution.
COPAZ Machinery has distinguished itself over the past two decades by supplying superior small-construction equipment, including vibrating rollers, plate compactors, power trowels, rebar cutters, rebar benders and floor planers. | Blog Magazine of korean-machinery, brands and Goods
