[INQ. NO. 2207M09] Autech-Otis Parking System provides the optimal mechanical parking systems from design phase to installation and maintenance for any building space and open land space to maximize the parking space.
AOP’s business history goes back to 1978 when LG started the mechanical parking system and then Otis Elevator from 2002. In 2016, Otis Elevator decided to spin off its parking business to Autech Group with its partial ownership. Since then, it has become Autech-Otis Parking Systems.
AOP is proud of the fact that it has the most installation sites with a variety of different options and the largest market share both in a new equipment installation and a maintenance service in Korea.
AOP’s core strength comes from its over 40 years mechanical parking dedicated expertise in over 5,000 projects, Otis Elevator’s standard safety and quality, and large in-house engineer pool covers over 20 year’s experience.
Pallet-less Puzzle Tower
Autech-Otis Parking Systems introduces the next generation pallet-less (fork) type system, so it moves the car loaded on the lift to the parking space with the unique fork shaped tray, thus dramatically improving the loading and unloading speed compared to the pallet type system.
In addition, by minimizing the weight of equipment, power-consumption is greatly reduced, and a safe and efficient parking environment is provided through an optimized and tailored design to suit each customer’s installation condition.
V-park
This system is optimized for large horizontal spaces in buildings. The vehicle is moved up and down by a lift and transported to its parking space by a cart horizontally. Since the number of parking spaces can be significantly increased compared to traditional parking by simply using one to three floor spaces in a building, it can be used most efficiently in terms of building space — not only in new building projects, but also existing buildings’ remodeling projects.
Depending on the vehicle’s entry position, it is possible to configure our system as top entry or bott om entry. Autech-Otis Parking Systems developed the first pallet-less (fork) type parallel return system (V-park) in Korea.
