To maximize heat-exchange efficiency, separate distribution equipment is installed on top of the fill material. The Cooling Tower Institute (CTI) has proven to be a compact, lightweight, high-performance cooling tower. And it has a maximum capacity of 1200 CRT per cell.
The double crossflow system of the cooling tower allows maintenance and repair during the operation. The access door is designed for easy access, and is designed efficiently for inspection and cleaning. What’s more, immediate repair is possible when defects occur on the driving side.
Ultraviolet protection coating (UV coating) is applied to the fill material to minimize the hardening phenomenon, so it does not interfere with the related systems (main equipment, pump, piping) due to breakage.
