Grease Traps

[INQ. NO. 2110M14] The grease trap from Mirae Industry Co., Ltd. is a device that filters F.O.G. (fat, oil, and grease), discharged from restaurants and kitchens.
When the wastewater produced in the food treatment process passes through the grease trap, it separates the grease using the difference in density between oil and water. It prevents the oil from flowing into the sewer which can cause clogging and/or reflux in the pipe. It can also save costs of repair work and even prevent water pollution.

As for the operational principle, the friction between the inflow wastewater and 90° elbow connected to the inlet creates a vortex phenomenon with external air through the air-intake-hole. Wastewater flows down to the oilseparation-plate and F.O.G floats-by the plate in middle of the product, the difference in density enables grease to be separated from the water. The filtered water keeps flowing through the outlet.

Meanwhile, the odors inside the grease trap are discharged through the gas release hole in the elbow of the outlet. In regard to certification, it has obtained the CE mark with an outstanding test result. The performance of the F.O.G separation has been internationally certified, and now it is all set to advance into the global market.

Ultra-Green Condensing Boiler

NO. 2110M08] Daelim Royal E&P Co., Ltd. has developed the ultra-green condensing boiler based on the features of a high-efficiency condensing boiler that reuses emission gas of high temperature; and Daelim Royal E & P’s independent flue gas recirculation (FGR) technology, real-time nitrogen oxide measuring technique, and four-damper control system.
In the first stage, the first NOx sensor measures concentration of NOx and oxygen in the emission gas in real-time, and the first damper controls the amount of air in final combustion entered from the fan. Also, the second damper controls the amount of gas entered into the burner according to a condition of optimum air to fuel ratio.
In the second stage, the flue gas recirculation system, FGR has been applied to reduce NOx by the reentering of discharged emission gas inside the boiler through the fan.
Unlike a general FGR system, to adjust the FGR, Daelim Royal E&P’s FGR system is equipped with one damper at the outlet through which the emission gas flows into the fan through the FGR pipe, and a fourth damper that controls the mixing amount of outside air and emission gas.

For the technology, Daelim Royal E&P has used a principle to drop oxygen concentration in combustion air for the purpose of reducing NOx during the process of mixing flue gas entered through recirculation with external air.
Installing a second NOx sensor at the entrance hole of combustion air, the company has developed technology to measure the oxygen concentration in mixed flue gas in real-time and drop the oxygen concentration in the combustion air up to extremely low, and emitting the lowest concentration of NOx.

Non-fire & Non-flammable Tape

[INQ. NO. 2110M06] This tape has flame-retardant and antisplashing functions at the same time, and is applied to the pipe connection part of the marine engine and auxiliary parts (tanks, pumps, and coolers) for prevention of oil splashing and flame retardancy.
Attached to the pipeline of the vessel engine room, marine pipe connection, exhaust gas pipeline and high temperature panel wall, it is applicable in various locations such as ships, offshore structures etc., for the purpose of not burning down in the event of fire, i.e. preventing outbreak of fire, and fire prevention when each fuel and oil pipeline is ruptured.
This tape is attached to the pipe flange connection, connector connection, various valve connections and main inner wall of the engine room. This product has a very important and high-quality function of flame retardance, which prevents burning in the event of fire.
Also, conflagration can be blocked in advance by covering the gap between the pipe and connection part with the non-fire tape so that the fuel and oil cannot be sprayed when the fuel pipe is leaked. Therefore, according to the SOLAS RULE of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), this product must be applied to all pipe connections inside ship parts and cabins, and it is an essentially applied to the offshore structures and ships on condition of approval of the class society.

Non-fire & Non-flammable Tape


The tape is currently supplied to Hyundai Heavy Industries, Samsung Shipyard, Daewoo Heavy Industries, Hyundai Mipo Dockyard, and Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries, and is also exported to overseas shipyards.
Specifications relating to no-fire tape and non-flammable tape are marked on the right sheet.
In particular, 50mmx10m, 100mmx10m no-fire tapes, and 75mmx50mx1 roll, 100mmx50mx1 roll non-flammable tapes are widely used.
