[INQ. NO. 1407M13] Jeonyoung has recently entered the limelight by releasing an innovative industrial cleaner that does not have the disadvantages of flammability, eco-toxicity and carcinogenicity. The product (“CS-707”) can replace existing trichloroethylene (TCE)-, hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC)- and bromine compound-based cleaner products.

An active organic cleaner with excellent solvency, “CS-707” cleaner can easily remove various contaminants like oil and soils, from metal, electrical and electronic components, as well as, precision parts and equipment. Due to its chemical stability, “CS-707” causes no transmutation or corrosion on the object products made of metal, aluminum, copper and others.

Featuring long life, it costs less than other solvent cleaners. Environmentally safe, it is free from ozonedepletion potential (ODP) and has a very low global warming potential (GWP). Its packing is available in 500ml-spray, 20kg-pail and 200kg-drum types.

Jeonyoung’s “GT-2000” glass etchant can replace existing hydrofluoric (HF) acids, which are used for washing and etching panel glasses. It is especially suitable for organic EL etching process. Compared with HF acid products, “GT-2000” has significantly lower irritation to the human body and corrosiveness of production equipment. Its cleaning power to remove pollutants on the surface of panel glass is very strong, thus helping maintain the clean surface.

Since “GT-2000” causes no excessive corrosion and erosion on the surface of glass, it brings about a sharp increase in the cleaning efficiency. Without generating hydraulic gas, “GT-2000” ensures stable washing effects. With it, users can obtain highly uniform surface roughness of the glass panels. The packing of “GT-2000” is available in 20kg-pail and 200kg-drum types.
