Die Change Car

The mold change system can be pulled in through the front and back or the left or right of a press and be categorized into a single car (for one mold) and a double car (for two molds).


For instance, assuming that it would take about 5 minutes to replace each and every one of the molds installed in one line of the press (five presses in total), five of the molds can be replaced within 5 minutes if five of CHEON GI INDUSTRIAL’s mold change cars are installed in the line.


And, each of the five molds can be replaced separately as well by designing and manufacturing the car accordingly, if needed.

DTH (Down the Hole) Hammer

[INQ. NO. 2209M25] This mechanical hammer is operated by compressed air. The upper part is connected to a drill pipe from the rotary head of the drilling machine, the lower part a bit. It is a critical item to the efficiency of drilling.


As the most efficient tool for the rock drilling, the piston which alternately moves up and down at 1200 – 1800 times/min, in cylindrical housing hits a bit connected to the drill pipe.

Button Bits
While hammer hitting, the button bit transmits energy directly to the rock base and accomplishes its function of cracking. Its bottom is round and embedded with tungsten carbide inserts which look like buttons. The upper part is shaped like a cylinder and finished with uneven spool lines for convenient connection to the hammer.

Drilling rig
This is a sophisticated machine for drilling. It is equipped with a drilling system of rotating pressure and separation, a drainage system for discharging broken rock pieces and sludge, accessories like a winch and a clamp for operating the drill string, and hydraulic installations for self-moving and the motor (or power supply).

Syringe-Manufacturing Machines

[INQ. NO. 2209M23] The syringe-manufacturing machines of JEESUNG Engineering include a chain of machines that print the markings onto, assemble, package, and sterilize the syringes that we usually see at the clinics.


The machines manufacture general (conventional) syringes of different sizes, including 3ml, 5ml, 10ml, 20ml, etc.


The machines also manufacture some special syringes, such as the 1ml uni-body insulin syringe for diabetic patients, as well as auto-disable syringes, and safety syringes.


These syringes have different purposes. The auto-disable syringes are designed to be automatically disabled when someone intends to use them the second time (by breaking the piston when pulled, etc.) to prevent infection by blocking any attempt to use it more than once.


The safety syringes are designed to protect the medical staff from accidental infection. They are specially manufactured so that the needles will retract into the syringe after use and will not puncture the skin of the medical staffs.


In general, syringes of different sizes are manufactured by: the parts (barrel, plunger and gasket) of different sizes being manufactured by injection; the marks being printed onto the barrel; and the parts being assembled.

The process of syringe-manufacturing
When the machines assemble the parts into the completed products, they are blister-packaged, placed into cartons, and (as the final process) sterilized by the EO sterilizer so that they can be used on human patients at the clinics.


All these processes are carried out by a chain of machines (mold, injector, printer, assembler, and packager), called syringe-manufacturing machines.

Brass oil-less bearing
Brass oil-less bearing SGO #500 is a plain bearing with graphite plugged to base metal, brass. Fine particles of solid lubricant create lubrication film on the motion part, when friction occurs, and the bearing can achieve excellent self-lubrication and abrasion-resistance under dry lubricating conditions.

Next Generation Small-Sized Multi-Purpose Cultivator

The AMC-600M device for detaching/attaching farming machines from/to a multi-purpose cultivator, which is the core technology of the next-generation cultivators, has dramatically improved the difficulty of removing and detaching/attaching farming machines.


Thanks to the modularized one-touch quick hitch system, a user merely needs to push the main body of the cultivator and a farming machine to the coupling location after setting the direction using the guide bar to automatically get them coupled by the alignment pin.


In addition, the one-touch coupling device is equipped with an automatic support-mounting system for anyone to easily attach a number of farming machines to the cultivator by himself/herself. And the time spent on detaching/attaching machines has been reduced by as much as 70% compared with other existing ones.

Narrow-ridge steering clutch system
The narrow-ridge steering clutch system can move along a narrow furrow and allow a user to conveniently steer the cultivator. As it is designed low-centered balanced to downwardly adjust the center of gravity, anyone is able to safely and easily operate this cultivator.

Plow-type system to prepare unplowed lands
The plow-type system to prepare unplowed lands for cultivation is able to efficiently handle unplowed land after conducting rotary works. Unlike those cultivators with fixed removing blades for unplowed lands, this system addresses the driving load issues that can arise when moving such cultivators backward to prepare unplowed lands.
