[INQ. NO. 2202M09] dooVAC’s DEN 400 is a water-sealed vacuum pump developed by complementing suction pumps exclusively for dental hospitals. The basic structure of the product is simply composed of a turbo-fan wing and a cylinder.
Water-sealed vacuum pumps are well-suited for processes in which the incoming air contains corrosive gases or large amounts of water by vacuuming in a sealed state with liquid inside a cylinder.
For this application, a filter, a vacuum gauge and a pressure controller are installed in the suction pipe, filters and valves in the water supply pipe for leak prevention. In addition, a double-temperature sensor and an overload protection-switch protect the motor.

To ensure safety in using electricity and water at the same time, the company manufactured the product as a practical one-piece by incorporating an electric converter with the product to turn the product on-and-off with DC 24 volt power. One DEN suction pump can be used for three or four dental chairs at the same time.
The company’s DES402 works for four to ten dental chairs, and can save water and electric power if it is used in large hospitals.

The existing heat baling method was only capable of recycling good-quality Styrofoam, with such some problems as: excessive logistics costs caused by too much volume and collection & transportation; impossible to recycle if containing foreign objects; and the generation of toxic gas and odors.

This AI-based ‘untact’ enforcement system – through interworking with big data ensures enforcement and guide in ‘untact’ a real-time basis – enhances efficiency in the enforcement by reducing up to 30 percent of the burden of administrative work.

Ultra-Green Condensing Boiler

NO. 2202M02] Daelim Royal E&P Co., Ltd. has developed the Ultra-Green Condensing Boiler based on the features of a high-efficiency condensing boiler that reuses emission gas of high temperature; and Daelim Royal E&P’s independent flue gas recirculation (FGR) technology, real-time nitrogen oxide measuring technique, and four-damper control system.
In the first stage, the first NOx sensor measures concentration of NOx and oxygen in the emission gas in real-time, and the first damper controls the amount of air in combustion entered from the fan. Also, the second damper controls the amount of gas entered into the burner according to a condition of optimum air to fuel ratio.

In the second stage, the flue gas recirculation system, FGR has been applied to reduce NOx by the reentering of discharged emission gas inside the boiler through the fan.
Unlike a general FGR system, to adjust the FGR, Daelim Royal E&P’s FGR system is equipped with one damper at the outlet through which the emission gas flows into the fan through the FGR pipe, and a fourth damper that controls the mixing amount of outside air and emission gas.
For the technology, Daelim Royal E&P has used a principle to drop oxygen concentration in combustion air for the purpose of reducing NOx during the process of mixing flue gas entered through recirculation with external air. Installing a second NOx sensor at the entrance hole of combustion air, the company has developed technology to measure the oxygen concentration in mixed flue gas in real-time and drop the oxygen concentration in the combustion air up to extremely low and emission the lowest concentration of NOx.

For high-purity silicon carbide powder products, we are targeting the U.S. single crystal market. The single crystal product is an essential material for power devices used in electric vehicles, etc. The growth in export of the product is very noticeable, as demand for the product is greatly increasing.
For nano silicon carbide powder and the sintering parts using nano silicon carbide powder, we are targeting the market for mechanical structural parts, and the filler market for composites and paints – all of which are steadily growing in Europe, and especially in Germany.
In such markets, silicon carbide materials are being used as a substitute for the existing metal parts – thanks to their superior mechanical properties. It is expected that from now on there will be huge market potential for these materials – given the fact that in the case of being used as filler, the material properties of the existing components can be greatly enhanced.
We are currently conducting further research in order to utilize silicon carbide materials more widely in various areas. We are committed to supplying our clients with top-quality silicon carbide components at reasonable prices.
