Copper & Under Cut Die Castings

However, it is essential to develop products with a structure that cannot be produced by pressing or rolling, which is a method of producing copper components. Even as these parts are manufactured by machining copper-extruded plates, it is not feasible to mass-produce them at high prices. These parts are manufactured through copper-die castings.
CASTMAN applied heat sinks made from copper die castings to Fujitsu supercomputers from 2019 to 2020. These parts produced through copper die castings are cheaper than those produced by machining copper, thereby reducing costs by 80%.
