As for the KY series, there are a movable type in which the press bolster or the slide moves along the T-slot and a fi xed type of the fl ange type. Since the cylinder part and lever part are separated, a uniform force is applied on the T-slot shape and measure. GY series are similar to KY series in terms of structure.

However, since the surface of the cylinder makes contact with the die, the clamping force is high.

AFSY is slide-transfer type auto-clamp in which the single-acting spring restoring type clamp (GY type hi-clamp) and the air cylinder are combined. Due to the built-in compact hydraulic hoes and cables, there is no interference with the feed bar on transfer line or others.

As for the die lifter, a die can be transferred on the roller with 1/100 or below force of the die weight. The cylinders are connected with each other by the O.S.T. high pressure pipe. A cover is att ached to the roller part to prevent scraps.

So this type can be used safely, even where a lot of scraps occur. And the level of the lifter can be adjusted by using the leveling screw.

Since the guide roller can be folded vertically or disassembled, it allows more room and can be useful for locations where vertical folding is not available. Due to the special bushing type, the roller has high shock-resistance and endurance.

Manufacturing Heat Exchangers with Modernized and Optimized System

The quality of heat plate is directly related to the performance of the plate heat exchanger.

Therefore, it tries its best to live up to customers’ expectations by providing a various range of heat exchangers such as large, medium, small and mini-sized plates fabricated by 50,000, 25,000, 10,000 ton hydraulic presses.

The Plate Heat Exchanger is fi xed by numerous thin and corrugated heat transfer plates, hanging between the carrying bar on the above and the guide bar on the below.

These heat transfer plates provide fl ow channels for two kinds of fl uids, and the chevrons on the heat transfer plate make the turbulent fl ow and act to support the plate against the pressure diff erence between the two fl uids. The plate pack is to be placed between the fi xed cover and the movable cover, and fi xed with tie bolts.

As for its characteristics, the plate heat exchanger is highly effi cient in heat transfer compared with shell and tube heat exchanger, about fi ve times more. It has a wide contact area so its durability and corrosion resistance are greatly improved by minimizing deformation and stress concentration. The gasket can be fi xed tightly and quickly on the heat plate in the optimal condition with the dual fi xing device (snap on type). It also features anti-vibration design with easiness to assemble and disassemble.

Desiccant dryers (also known as Regenerative Desiccant Dryers) run the compressed air through a chamber fi lled with desiccant, which is usually activated alumina or silica gel. The desiccant absorbs the moisture in its millions of pores, thereby trapping it. If the air dryer is using a smart controller, the compressed air dryer changes chambers when the dew point downstream begins to change, indicating the desiccant is wet.

Other models change on a set timer. The wet desiccant is regenerated, or dried, by the compressed air dryer’s hot purge air. The hot air drives off the moisture preparing the desiccant for its next cycle.

A refrigerated air-dryer removes moisture from the air through the use of a heat exchanger. An air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger is used to cool the air so that the vapor condenses into water. This water is then collected and drained out of the system, leaving only dry air. A refrigerated dryer typically has a dew point of around 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

Nitrogen can be produced by separating oxygen and nitrogen in the air by using the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process. Dry & oil-free compressed air produced in out compressed air system enters the PSA nitrogen generator and is fi rst stored in the dry air receiver from where it enters the PSA system.

Here, the oxygen is absorbed by the carbon molecular sieves and nitrogen is emitt ed as a product gas. The N2 enters the surge vessel where its purity is stabilized before it is sent to the nitrogen vessel and then drawn for use.
