50 kW Stand-alone Hybrid Power Conversion System

TS (Time Stop) Quick Freezing System

Usually, when the food is frozen, cell membranes are destroyed and as a result, the texture and taste of the food is significantly reduced. In the academic circles, after an experiment to maintain taste, color and flavor, researchers have found out that cells became frozen before bursting if they were rapidly frozen to a cryogenic temperature of -60°C. TS (Time Stop) quick freezing means freezing everything at supersonic speed like stopping time in order to prevent cell membranes from getting destroyed and ensure the same quality of fresh food after thawing. The biggest advantage of TS quick freezing is that it can complement the problems of existing frozen foods (taste, smell, color, etc., which are significantly inferior to fresh food).
If the frozen food is manufactured with the TS quick freezing system of Seilufreezeer, penetration of moisture into the object is minimized and the drip phenomenon is significantly reduced during thawing. Quick freezing is required for the sake of the quality similar to fresh food.
As the object is exposed to a cryogenic temperature of -50°C to -60°C, its cells freeze before bursting. Due to rapid freezing, moisture hardly penetrates into the object. In case of tuna, since it is frozen to a cryogenic temperature of -50°C to -60°C, there is almost no water penetration and the water molecules in the material do not move. Therefore, the cell membrane of the object is not destroyed. As the water molecules are thawed in the same state as that before freezing, the freshness, taste and flavor of the material will come back as they were. A frozen food will come back as a fresh food as it stands.

Wine Bottle Corker

Put the bottle on the fixing frame placed at the bottom of the machine as shown in the picture above, adjust the height and lower the lever at the top downward and then, the cork will be automatically inserted into the bottle, then, the wine bottle is sealed.
The cork holders made of stainless steel have two sizes and the cork in the holder is injected into the bottle without getting broken.
Bottle height should be 40 cm or less and cork holders are available in 2 sizes – (a) 21mm in diameter and 38mm in height / (b) 22mm in diameter and 44mm in height.
In case the size of the cork injection part of the wine bottle is different, the corker can be manufactured with PE material as special production upon request. The size of the machine is 25cm * 15cm * 65cm and its weight is about 7kg. The operation principle is very simple and about 6 to 10 bottles are corked per minute.

Auto-Sensing Conveyor Date Marking Machine

Car Black Box Auxiliary Battery

iVolt Connected features sharing of real-time battery information via iVolt app installed on a smartphone that enables real-time monitoring of battery running state, I/O voltage, temperature, and the time remaining for battery discharge even outside of the vehicle.
When iNavi QXD1000 Alpha black box is installed alongside, it can also monitor black box information such as motion and impact detection in real time. The launch of new models connectable to black boxes is scheduled in the future.
iVolt Connected is made by using lithium iron phosphate which is a stable, environmentally friendly battery with a lifespan more than three times longer than conventional lithium, ion, and nickel-based batteries, as well as has excellent stability against fire and explosion.
And the circuit design for safety has secured both performance and safety by preventing overcharging and overdischarge and with a protection circuit for battery cell balance.
In the meantime, a built-in intelligent battery sensor stops the generator when the battery is considered properly charged while taking account of the voltage, current, and temperature, allowing efficient use of the vehicle battery.
Other functions include the automatic temperature control to automatically shut off the power to protect the connected black box when the battery temperature exceeds 80 degrees C while charging. It also features a quick charge function for the battery to last up to 32 hours with about one-hour charging. An extended battery can last up to 64 hours.
“The iVolt Connected is a product for drivers who worry about battery discharge when parking for a long time for it allows real-time monitoring of the battery status by using a smartphone. Thus, it is expected to broaden the use of black boxes through the Connected function and a stable power supply,” explained the THINKWARE representative.

In addition, iNavi Range S adopts a fast boot solution enabling booting within three seconds when power is turned on; as well as a Format-Free function directly showing recorded images on the mobile phone and PC without any periodic memory formats and recording conversions, thus providing stability and increased convenience for the driver.
