Yuchang Precision Ind. has been in the automotive parts manufacturing industry especially for the sectors of molding, forging and machining since its foundation in 1987. With its profound knowledge of the molding industry, Yuchang has had its name listed as a tier-1 vendor for Hyundai Motor Company in 1998.

In terms of forging, equipped with hot formers of AMP20, AMP30, TPM50 and AMP70, Yuchang is capable of producing over 200 million forging products annually such as bearings, gears, pinions, shafts, flanges and nuts. New lines of machining equipment are being installed in order to expand its business further and to make the most of the synergy effect that comes from integrated services of molding, forging and machining in one simple step. Various hot forged gears and pinions are installed into the automotive transmissions mostly for Hyundai-Kia. Moldings for these hot-forged products are also available at our own facility. New lines of machining equipment allow automated operation for its forged products.
